2021 Vendor Information

 

 

The 37th ANNUAL HARVEST MOON FESTIVAL, sponsored by Naugatuck’s BSA Troop 102, will be held on the Naugatuck Town Green on Friday, September 17th from 11am to 8pm and Saturday, September 18th from 9am to 8pm.  Set up time will be Friday from 8-11am, and Saturday from 8-9am.  We hope that you will join us as a craft or service vendor this year.  We offer 100 sites, with a limited number of electric sites. We run out of electrical sites early, so get your application in as soon as possible.  Returning vendors are invited to apply May 1-31 2021, while new vendors are invited to beginning June 1, 2021.

 

 

 

The Green will fill with Arts and Crafts, specialty products, community service and food vendors. Check out the gallery of photos from the previous Festivals.  We will close off Division Street to use as a Commercial District here companies and services will be allowed to set up booths and displays, and as excess capacity if the vendor turnout warrants the need.  Last year, we had a great showing of vendors and attendees.  The Harvest Moon Committee is looking forward to a repeat this year.

 

 

 

  • Low Cost - Cost per site is $90.00 and includes both days for one low price.
  • No Duplicate Vendors - We focus on unique crafts and products. As is our tradition, we will turn away any duplicate vendors.
  • Last Day - Final registration date is September 9, if there are any remaining available.

 

 

 

In 2021, we are moving to an online registration system. If you absolutely need a paper application please use the contact us form to get one sent to you.

 

Space is limited, including the sites with electricity, so get your registration in as soon as possible! Electricity is on a first come, first served basis.   Repeat vendors get benefits such as early bird registration and preferential site selection (including electric sites!), so join us this year to get that status next year.

 

Indication the products/services that you plan to offer is required. We will confirm via email once your application has been approved. If your product or service is a duplicate your registration will be promptly refunded to you.  If you know of any other vendors and crafters who may be interested, please feel free to have them contact us and we will gladly send them information. 

 


 
We are looking forward to drawing a large family-oriented crowd.  While we do have entertainment secured, we are always seeking additional entertainment for both days from 12 noon until 8pm.  If you know individuals or organizations that would like to provide family appropriate entertainment at no cost, please have them contact us at (203) 490-6463.
